Valiora's label names three ingredients — Green Tea Leaf Extract, Apple Cider Vinegar and Berberine HCl — but combines them into a single "proprietary blend" line rather than listing individual milligram amounts. It's worth understanding what that does and doesn't tell you as a buyer.

What you do get

You get the ingredient names, which is more than some competitors disclose, and you get a total blend weight. You also get a real, named formula you can research independently — each ingredient here has a public research base you can look up.

What you don't get

You don't get to compare Valiora's actual dose of, say, berberine against the 900-1500mg daily amounts used in most berberine research. Without knowing the split between three ingredients sharing one capsule's worth of space, there's no way to know if any one of them is present in a meaningful amount.

Our honest read

A proprietary blend isn't automatically a red flag — it's extremely common in this category. But it does mean you're trusting the brand's formulation choices rather than being able to verify them yourself. That's a real tradeoff worth knowing before you buy, not a reason to assume the product doesn't work.
